- EU/CA/UK/AU: End of August, with free shipping from in-region warehouses.
- Rest of World: End of July, with paid shipping from China.
How does the pre-order work:
- Reserve your GalvoMATIC by putting down a $100 deposit, refundable at any time prior to product being shipped.
- Once machines are ready to ship, we'll email each customer to complete their order. A $100 discount code will be included to offset the cost of this pre-order.
Our G-code translator automatically convert LightBurn output for the galvo to cover all situations.
Sectioned Engraving
Smaller shapes are automatically grouped into sections that can be processed by the galvo.
This is particularly useful for most coasters, leather patches, business cards, jewelry pieces etc.
Air Assist - Robot in Disguise!
The machine recognizes high-power/low-speed cutting operations and automatically deploys the air assist nozzle.
Cutting performance sees a 25% improvement over the LaserMATIC Mk2 30W - 720mm/min for 3mm baltic birch and 480mm/min for 6mm.
Speed Up All Image Scans
Images and vector scans, of any size and scan angle can be processed in a "paint-brush" or "scan and increment" manner. The CoreXY motion system and galvo work together to speed up engraves.
All That Put Together Means, It's Not Just a Little Bit Faster...

Kleenex Box. Diode @ 60,000mm/min fill, 254dpi. 14m07s vs 45m44s with LaserMATIC Mk2 30W.

Business Cards. Fiber @ 30,000mm/min, 508dpi. 5m20s for 12 cards vs 16m23s with LaserMATIC 30W.

Slate Coaster. Fiber @ 30,000mm/min, 508dpi. 3m05s vs 7m09s with LaserMATIC 30W.
True Autofocus
At the press of a button (LightBurn macro), the GalvoMATIC will locate the largest workpiece on the honeycomb and measure its height using dot laser triangulation - accurate to 0.10mm.

4-Up Rotary Panel
Process up to four tumblers at a time with a hot-pluggable rotary panel - no changes to input G-code needed.

Robust Workpiece Positioning
Jig table and the flying galvo scanner - a match made in heaven! Typically each jig position can be processed by the galvo. Up to 24 positions on the XW and 16 on the Regular GalvoMATIC.
