Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer free ground shipping via FedEx, UPS or Amazon Logistics on all laser engraver orders. Orders typically ships within 2-3 business days, with delivery in 5-7 business days thereafter.

Please note preorders are considered digital products and automatically marked as fulfilled.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

As of Mar 13, 2024, we now have inventory stocked at our Neumünster, Germany warehouse for our EU customers, at our Southampton, Hampshire warehouse for our UK customers, and at our Richmond, BC warehouse for our Canadian customers! Shipping throughout the EU, the UK and Canada is $50 for the Mk2.

We can also ship to Australia, New Zealand and select other countries directly from our factory via FedEx International Economy. Shipping fees are as follows (including customs duties and fees)

• Australia and New Zealand: $300
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines: $230

We are working to stock machines at our Australia warehouse. As of Mar 13, 2024, expected availability of machines stocked in-country are as follows:

• Australis: April 22

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
